Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an incredibly well-known American performer and actress. Her birthplace and childhood was in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier) who is an RN and Tom Bell, a television news director. She is of Polish (mother's) and German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen found her talent in entertainment as a young age. In 1992, Kristen was the first to go to an audition. She got a part on Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell's mom introduced her to an agent when she was 13 and she got her first role in newspaper advertisements and television commercials. Additionally, she began to take classes in acting privately. Bell played an uncredited part of Polish Wedding (1998), an upcoming film. Bell was a member of the Drama and Music Club at Shrine Catholic High School. When her school staged a stage production The Wizard of Oz, Bell was chosen to play Dorothy. After graduating, Bell made the move into New York City to attend the highly regarded Tisch School of the Arts in which she learned about musical theatre. The year 2001 was the time Bell quit her university in order to play the role in the role of Becky as Becky in Tom Sawyer. The same year, she had her first credit debut with Pootie Tang (2001), however her character was deleted and her appearance exists only in the credits sequence. Bell made an appearance with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
